LAMEF air blasting machines with recovery are suitable for jobs where the total absence of abrasive and dust dispersion in the environment surrounding the sandblasting operation is required.
Designed to work with a special brush head, they are able to sandblast and instantly recover the abrasive launched.
The abrasive is sucked in by means of a high head fan, selected by a cyclone complete with sieve and dedusted by a self-cleaning filter with a cartridge.
The abrasive thus selected is ready to be put back into the operating cycle.
However, in order for the abrasive to be effectively sucked up, the brush must adhere perfectly to the surface.
It is recommended to use abrasives with small grain sizes and in relation to the finishing result you want to obtain, you can choose sandblasters with suction or pressure abrasive launch system.
All models are on trolleys in order to facilitate their handling.
