Carousel or multi-hook shot blasting machines are extremely versatile systems suitable for a vast range of parts of different materials and sizes.
The machine is equipped with multiple piece holder hooks that translate on a ring monorail, and doors on both sides for entry and exit of the bunches While the operator carries out the loading/unloading operations on one or more bunches, one is in the shot blasting phase.
The cluster translates and rotates inside the system exposing the entire surface of the pieces to the flow of the abrasive coming from the turbines placed on the side of the chamber, resulting in a uniform treatment of the entire surface of the pieces hooked to the hook.
The customer chooses the dimensions of the plant and the capacity of the piece holder hooks in relation to the material he intends to treat.
The plant is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
