The shot blasting tunnel with overhead conveyor is suitable for the treatment of medium and large size parts.
The pieces, moved by an overhead conveyor, pass through an inlet pre-chamber designed to contain the abrasive, then they pass through the shot blasting chamber where a series of turbines, suitably positioned, guarantee maximum effectiveness and uniformity of shot blasting of the details.
An outlet pre-chamber guarantees the containment of the abrasive inside the system.
Downstream of the shot blasting tunnel, a manual sandblasting cabin can be positioned for any adjustments.
The plant is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
