Hook shot blasting machines are extremely versatile systems suitable for a vast range of parts of different materials and sizes.
The machine is equipped with 1 or 2 workpiece holder hooks which translate on a single track or on a "Y" monorail. While the operator carries out the loading/unloading operations on one cluster, the other is simultaneously in the blasting phase.
The cluster translates and rotates inside the system exposing the entire surface of the pieces to the flow of the abrasive coming from the turbines placed on the side of the chamber, resulting in a uniform treatment of the entire surface of the pieces hooked to the hook.
The customer chooses the dimensions of the plant and the capacity of the piece holder hooks in relation to the material he intends to treat.
The plant is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
