Turn blasting machines are used for the treatment of small and medium-sized pieces of steel, cast iron, brass and aluminum.
The pieces are loaded in bulk manually or automatically with a hydraulic skip.
The belt, in rubber or steel, mixes the pieces inside, exposing all the surfaces to the effect of the grit projected by the turbines placed above.
Our range of standard machines goes from 40 m3 to 1000 m3 of useful volume and a capacity in relation to the model from 40 kg up to 3000 kg.
The rubber belt is used for shot blasting of delicate or small and medium sized pieces; the steel belt is used for medium and large size parts.
They are successfully used in foundry, heat treatment, painting, stamping, forging and deburring.
Equipment is complete with a self-cleaning cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
