The mesh belt shotblasting tunnel is a system suitable for the treatment of die-cast aluminum parts, cast iron castings, pressed steel parts or non-ferrous materials.
The pieces are positioned on a high abrasion resistance metal mesh belt conveyor, they pass through the shot blasting chamber where a series of turbines, suitably positioned, guarantee maximum effectiveness and uniformity of shot blasting of the details.
At the outlet, a cleaning group, made up of a series of blowers, eliminates the residual abrasive deposited on the upper surface of the pieces.
The translation speed of the pieces can be adjusted by means of an inverter.
The plant is complete with a cartridge or bag filtration device in relation to the different needs.
